  • 2 lbs beef (ribeye reccommended)
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 1 lb provolone cheese slices
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • Slice ribeye into thin strops. Cut bell peppers into long strips, onion into half rings and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
